Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked as “Oddballs & Oopsies”

  • Discounted or final sale items

“Oddballs & Oopsies” include items with slight imperfections or cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, your message must include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • A photo showing the damaged item and the shipping label in the same frame

Requests submitted without photos or outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution. Any request for a refund due to a damaged product requires that the damaged item be returned. Refunds will not be issued without the return of the damaged product.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the order details and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
